Before you order

If you're not sure whether something will fit, whether we deliver to your postcode, or whether your access will work, send us the product and your postcode. We'll check it with the manufacturer and come back to you. There's no obligation and it's a lot cheaper than a failed delivery.

About an order you've placed

Your manufacturer will contact you directly to arrange delivery. If you haven't heard from them and your order is past its lead time, send us your order number and we'll chase it and come back to you within one working day.
