Every building carries its manufacturer's guarantee, and we deal with them on your behalf if something goes wrong.

If a detail needs checking before you commit, we'll tell you and go and confirm it rather than guess.

Know what you're ordering

Before placing an order, it helps to be clear on more than the price. What's included, which extras you'll want, whether assembly is provided, what access the delivery team will need, and how firm the lead time is.

Those are the questions we work through with you. Delivery arrangements vary by product and manufacturer, so if anything is unclear — including charges for your postcode — get in touch before you order and we'll confirm it.

Delivered direct, supported throughout

Our products are delivered directly by the manufacturer or their distribution partner. Depending on what you choose, your order may come from available stock or be built to order.

We coordinate the process and remain your point of contact throughout. If something arrives damaged, a part is missing, or you need help with a product issue, contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer to put it right.
