Delivery Process:
1. Customer places order with Heavenly Garden Store and recieves a confirmation via the email address provided. This is internally processed within 1 hour to 2 working days.
2. Customer receives contact from Mercia via SMS/ Email to book in delivery date
3. Customer receives delivery date email confirmation
4. Customer receives delivery reminder 48 hours before delivery date
5. Customer receives 2 hour window morning of delivery
6. Customer receives delivery.

Remember - Select installation at the checkout.
Once you have placed your order you will recieve a confirmation email which includes the installation guide and questionnaire. (The guide will detial every step of the process and how to best prepare for your new garden building - including ensuring you have a suitable base for it to sit on)
A wooden base, poured concrete base or slab/patio base is reccomended.
Mercia will then contact you to arrange a delivery and install date that suits you.
On the delivery day, you will get a text with your 2-hour delivery timeslot, along with a link to the delivery portal.
On arrival Mercia will need easy access to the build site, without going through your property.
Once installed they will clean up and leave you to enjoy your new space.Mer
