It also includes a wood-holder plate, a fire tool, a 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe equipped with an adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top, as well as a cooking chamber door.

Moreover, the fire floor is made from premium refractory chamotte, certified for food safety. The internal framework of the Rosso Mangiafuoco is also crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel. The exterior is finished with electro-galvanized steel, coated with high-temperature paint to enhance its resistance to heat and weather conditions. With the addition of high-performance natural rock wool insulation, this oven ensures excellent temperature stability and heat retention, preventing the outer surface from becoming excessively hot while allowing you to achieve perfectly cooked pizzas!
