Crafted from stainless steel and anthracite-painted steel, the oven boasts a cooking chamber with three levels of stainless steel and refractory plates, enhanced by double ventilation and integrated lighting. It comes complete with grills, cooking pans, a stainless steel chimney, side and front worktops, and essential fire tools, along with a thermometer and timer for precise cooking.

Our cutting-edge dual chamber design ensures that heat circulates efficiently from the fire chamber to the cooking chamber, delivering a consistent and even temperature for perfect results every time. The convection-controlled cooking chamber features multiple racks, allowing you to prepare several dishes simultaneously, making it an ideal choice for gatherings and family meals.

Built to last, the oven's solid-welded construction utilises 2.5 millimeters of 304 and 441 stainless steel, reinforced with a robust 5-millimeter Corten steel panel and heavy-duty cast iron doors. This combination guarantees years of reliable, rust-resistant performance. 

With a full 12 centimeters of insulation encasing the cooking chamber, heat retention and cooking efficiency are maximised, ensuring the exterior remains safe to touch even when in use. Attention to detail is paramount; our ovens feature a stainless steel chimney damper and a sliding cooking chamber damper for optimal heat retention and precise temperature management. Additionally, we electro-galvanise our metals before applying a powder coat, offering exceptional protection against corrosion.
