Featuring an innovative dual-chamber design, this oven efficiently circulates heat from the fire chamber throughout the cooking chamber, ensuring a consistent and even temperature for superior cooking results. The convection-controlled cooking chamber is equipped with multiple racks, allowing you to prepare several dishes simultaneously.

Crafted with solid-welded construction, this oven utilizes 2.5 millimeters of 304 and 441 stainless steel, reinforced with a 5-millimeter Corten steel panel and robust cast iron doors, guaranteeing long-lasting, rust-resistant performance. A full 12 centimeters of insulation encases the cooking chamber, enhancing heat retention and cooking efficiency, while keeping the exterior safe to touch even at high temperatures. Attention to detail is paramount; Fontana ovens come with a stainless steel chimney damper and a sliding cooking chamber damper for optimal heat retention and precise temperature management. Our electro-galvanised metals, followed by powder-coating, ensure exceptional corrosion resistance.
