The Buschbeck cast iron porcelain-coated reversible cooking grill is ingeniously crafted with inverted “V” cooking bars. This unique design enables one side to concentrate heat directly onto the cooking bars, creating those desirable sear lines, while the opposite side is equipped with grooves that effectively drain excess juices, making it perfect for grilling richer cuts like pork belly or ribs. The porcelain enamel finish not only simplifies the cleaning process after use but also protects the grill's surfaces from corrosion. Additionally, it includes two detachable cast iron handles for added convenience.
