Delivery Process:

1. Customer places order with Heavenly Garden Store and recieves a confirmation via the email address provided. This is internally processed within 1 hour to 2 working days.

2. Customer receives contact from Elite Greenhouses on Monday of the week prior to delivery with delivery date.

3. Customer receives delivery

Delivery is made from the manufacturer Elite Greenhouses, using their lorries which are a similar size as dustbin lorries.

The disposal of any packaging is the customer's responsibility.

The delivery will be made to the front of the property, as close to the entrance as possible. Drivers are unable to bring items inside your home or to the back garden. Goods can only be moved on a smooth, level surface using a pallet truck.
