Delivery Process:
1. Customer places order with Heavenly Garden Store and recieves a confirmation via the email address provided. This is internally processed within 1 hour to 2 working days.
2. Customer is contacted by Churnet Valley with delivery date
3. Customer receives delivery
Most pallets are delivered by large vehicles, often 18 tonne lorries, so please ensure there is
adequate access. Pallets are offloaded by tail lift and then manoeuvred by manual pump truck, this
requires a firm flat surface, they cannot navigate across grass, gravel, steps or slopes. Delivery is a
‘kerb side’ service, so goods may be left ‘kerb side’ outside the property if there is safe space to leave them, if no one is available to accept them. If the courier is unable to deliver on the date booked due to insufficient access, or lack of a safe place to leave the pallet should there be no one available to sign, they will return the order to the depot.
Please note if Heavenly Garden Store incur any charges for failure of a booked delivery these will be passed on to the customer. Standard pallet delivery is within 5-10 working days.
