Made with 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards, the walls are designed to keep water and draughts out while providing a durable construction. The roof and floor are constructed from heavy-duty tongue and groove boards, covered with high-quality mineral felt for weather protection. The summerhouse includes secure fixtures, fittings, and a lock and key. It comes with a 10-year Anti-rot guarantee and a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, requiring annual preservative treatment.
