All-Year-Round Use
This 4m x 4m Insulated Garden Room is designed for year-round use with Eco-quilt insulation in the walls, roof, and floor. The walls consist of three layers: a 16mm tongue and groove outer layer, a 44mm insulated middle gap, and a 12mm tongue and groove inner wall. This construction traps heat and reduces external noise.
High-Quality Glazing and Roof Protection
Each window is double glazed and filled with argon to retain warmth. The roof and floor also feature Eco-quilt insulation and 16mm tongue and groove cladding. The EPDM rubber roof, designed by Firestone, offers resilient and long-lasting weather protection.
Sustainable UK Manufacturing
Manufactured in the UK using sustainably sourced timber, this garden room does not require planning permission due to its height under 2.5m. Installation is included in the price, allowing you to relax while your new building is erected.
Installation and Maintenance
A firm, level base is required, made of solid concrete or slabs. The garden room must be annually treated with a high-quality spirit-based wood preservative to qualify for a 10-year anti-rot guarantee.
