The walls feature a three-layer construction: a 16mm tongue and groove outer layer, a 44mm insulated middle gap, and a 12mm tongue and groove inner wall. This design traps heat and reduces external noise.
Double Glazing and Roof Protection
Each window is double glazed and filled with argon to retain warmth. The roof and floor also incorporate Eco-quilt insulation and are constructed with 16mm tongue and groove cladding. The roof is covered with EPDM rubber by Firestone, providing long-lasting protection against weather conditions.
Sustainable UK Manufacturing
Manufactured in the UK using sustainably sourced timber, this garden room doesn't require planning permission due to its height under 2.5m, though local authority confirmation is recommended. Installation is included in the price, allowing you to relax while your new building is erected.
Installation and Treatment
Delivered with full installation, a firm, level base is required, made of solid concrete or slabs. The garden room must be annually treated with a high-quality spirit-based wood preservative to qualify for a 10-year anti-rot guarantee.
