Manufactured in the UK from sustainably sourced timber, the garden room comes with comprehensive instructions and a step-by-step video guide for construction. All fixtures and fittings are included. A firm, level base is required, and additional flooring is recommended for durability. The building must be treated annually to maintain the 10-year anti-rot guarantee.
